Silver carbon steel series

These knives are made of hand-forged silver carbon steel, which is more rust-resistant and easier to polish than other steels.

As well, because they are made using two layers of silver carbon steel (hard & soft steel), they will remain sharp for a long time.

We encourage every professional chef to use these knives.


The blade is made by two layers of steels that are forge-welded hard carbon steel and forge-welded soft iron. The hardness of the blade and a certain flexibility given by the iron are united.
